Design - New 7,000 SF two-story office building attached to an existing manufacturing and warehouse building, all directly facing the Ohio River.   Designed from the inside out, a main objective was to optimize the views of the river for both executives and staff created with the "saw tooth" facade and expanse of glass facing the river.  Outside spaces were created at both floor levels for enjoyment of all.
